A boat tour gives you a unique perspective of the home and its surroundings, allowing you to fully appreciate the views, access to waterways, and overall lifestyle that comes with owning a property on the water, which can often be difficult to grasp from land-based viewings alone.  It's a great way to view your future "backyard" in our area of extensive canals.

Hi, my name is Paul and I have proudly held my U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Marine Credential with a capacity of Master 100 GRT for over 20 years.  My love for boats started nearly 60 years ago when my late father first sat me in a rowboat. Since then, I have owned and operated COI commercial boat tours in New Port Richey, Homosassa, nearby Bokeelia and Dunnellon Florida before moving back to Cape Coral.  I sold off the bigger boats and will now offer boat tours on the canals of NW Cape Coral aboard a 30' Trident named 'The Big Katoona'.
